Key Qualifications

  • Understanding of project management tools and processes used in software development and quality assurance lifecycles
  • Ability to synthesize technical information into attention gaining presentations and deliverables for a broad audience
  • Excellent communications and facilitation skills, with ability to give/receive feedback productively in our fast and iterative work environment
  • Prior experience in one or more of the following areas would be useful in your role: project management, event planning, advertising/marketing, software development and quality assurance lifecycle, management consulting, organizational efficiency and culture

Description

The ideal candidate is passionate in the areas of project management, operating model and process optimisation. We are looking for a detail oriented and hands-on PM who can produce and deliver impactful presentations, and motivate change across the organization. You will work on projects independently and contribute as a team member towards successful project delivery. The role involves driving new initiatives from ideation through launch, and building out the vision into long term programs. The team is responsible for working with the business on prioritization of requirements, understanding the challenges, define the solution across multiple domains, validate the design, and drive solution alignment and adoption with stakeholders. The role will require collaboration with cross-geo partners, and require production of documentation, training, communications and presentations. Flexibility and resourcefulness are key attributes needed for success. Responsibilities include: - Partner with engineering teams to deliver the technology and frameworks that contribute to shipping large, cross-functional projects - Define business, functional, and reporting requirements (often writing them yourself) - Take a role in improving how features are built and implemented in the Apple Media Products organization - Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Project Managers to develop and enhance internal processes Do you have high motivation and a genuine passion and perseverance for solving complex problems through innovation? Education & Experience

Final year of Bachelor in engineering/ information systems and business Studying for Master in engineering/ information systems and business
