We are TapIn and we are seeking a new Account Manager to join our fully-remote team.
Working a 4-day work week (with 100% pay!), you will be joining our talented Account Management team working with brands that are renowned in their industry.
We have worked with the likes of The RAF, GSK, Newton Europe, EY, and many more with everything from D&I research to social strategy, content creation and influencer marketing.
The successful individual will be replacing our current Account Manager who is transitioning into an exciting new internal role. Along with the support of an Account Executive, you will also be working closely with our 18-person team to support our clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining relationships with TapIn clients to help them achieve their long-term marketing goals through the various TapIn product offerings.
- Managing the day-to-day client communications, including status calls and campaign agendas.
- Handling and addressing any client concerns, ensuring to resolve any conflicts that arise.
- Managing client budgets.
- Producing and handling vendor agreements and statements of work.
- Following up with clients to ensure on-time payments are met without delay.
- Working effectively with external parties, including influencers, student societies and TapIn clients, acting as a professional representative of the TapIn brand.
- Liaising with the Creative and Marketing teams to produce engaging content for clients, working collaboratively together and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Liaising with the Strategy team to ideate and produce proficient client proposals.
- Confidently pitching proposals to clients.
- Having a clear oversight on the progress of each campaign.
- Proofing content production throughout the editing and activation processes, providing constructive feedback to internal parties to ensure client demands are met.
- Contributing information to sales strategies by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be filled and analysing client reactions.
- Delegating tasks to the Account Executive to support the running of the Accounts department.
- Demonstrating continual forward-thinking and proactive ideation of additional offerings that TapIn could propose to clients based on their business needs and objectives.
- Assisting the CEO and Commercial Manager with producing accurate forecasts.
- Keeping track of campaign results and delivering analytical Post Campaign Analysis (PCAs).
- Following up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the service they have received. Consolidating feedback to the COO and CEO.
- Supporting the development of the Account Executive’s overall performance and L&D.
- Remaining up to date with social media trends as well as the UK recruitment marketing space.
- Remaining up to date with Gen Z and upcoming Gen Alpha trends.

The successful candidate will:
- Ideally have a minimum of 1+ years prior account management experience.
- Have demonstrable experience working on digital campaigns, including social, content strategy, e-marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Have experience producing campaign reports and upselling.
- Have proven success in achieving set KPIs based on business objectives.
- Have a deep understanding of the Gen Z audience and trends.
- Be up-to-date with the latest social media updates, trends and best practices.
The details:
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
