About the job
In this position, your main duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Liaise with key contact persons from all business units
- Liaise with the preferred creative agencies and production companies as and when required
- Create, manage and track project plans and schedules
- Provide daily support to the Senior Creative and Branding Project Manager
- Manage and create cost estimate and timelines, and deal with external suppliers
- Check over work produced and ensure the creative brief has been successfully met to a high standard
- Build good relationships internally and externally with stakeholders
- Plan, organize and carry out the necessary meetings (kick-off meeting, presentations, jour fixe, etc.) with clients/customers
- Advise proactively in strategic/conceptual terms.
- Be responsible for the compliance with the budget
About you
A motivated talent, who brings along the following background:
- Fluency (C2) in written and spoken English
- Experience in working in a fast-moving creative, entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities
- Clear understanding of brand strategy
- Strong Excel understanding.
- Experience undertaking a similar role in a similar environment is highly desirable
- Previous experience undertaking an agency-side role highly desirable.
- Luxury brand or customer brand experience is beneficial
