We’re on the lookout for an Account Manager to join our team and to continue delivering exceptional service. You must be proactive, have the ability to juggle several clients and must be prepared to go the extra mile.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with the client base, understand their business, sector and challenges and keep up with industry-specific news and developments.
- Build strong relationships with our client partners including identifying influencers, blockers, key decision makers and understanding their key challenges and objectives.
- Oversee and project manage the delivery of high quality virtual events, virtual experiences and advertising campaigns. Ensuring the delivery teams are accountable for the projects
- Devise and execute ‘strategic account management’ plans for clients, ensuring regular touch point calls/ meetings.
- Ensure our clients are informed about Springpod initiatives, research, audience and new products.
- Define and implement best practice processes for customer retention to define “what good looks like”.
- Work closely with Content, Delivery, Product and Marketing teams to share knowledge and identify and close won cross sell/upsell opportunities to maximise client account revenue growth potential.
- Evaluate and present customer reports and identify areas for growth
- Manage client renewals, focussing on maximising account value.
- Contribute to and undertake activities for continuous development of your personal skills and knowledge.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience working in a B2B customer-facing role (Customer Success, Client Services or Account Management)
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities – you must be used to working in a very fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience working with CRM and project management tools (Hubspot, ClickUp, Asana etc)
