Zest is our In-House content creation studio. A unique, creative, and fun environment, with studios in Milton Keynes and Bedford, as well as SSC’s in London and Holborn. We’re a large team of Creative experts, who create engaging and creatively excellent content, that brings our products and brands to life, helping our customers to make the right purchase decision based on their unique shopping mission.
We support all brands across the Sainsbury’s group (Sainsbury’s, Argos, Habitat and Tu), across all channels and platforms. Our Design, Point of Sale, Photography and Video content is a critical part of creating a truly exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
As our Account Manager you’ll
- Create accurate & competitive quotes. Working with the creative and studio production teams to ensure that costs for the client and Zest meet expectations.
- Be directly responsible for the management and planning of project production and its key milestones by arranging and managing project briefings both with the client and Zest teams.
- Act as a liaison between the client and Zest teams. Presenting to the client when required and arranging updates as necessary, to ensure an effective solution to brief is delivered.
- Maintain a high level of communication to build trust and credibility attached to the relationship between the Studio and its clients. Identifying the level and frequency of communication required throughout the project, across all stakeholders & clients and documenting all contact.
- Ensure that all costs and deadlines are monitored and tracked throughout the life cycle of the project, communicating any changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Support in raising both awareness and our reputation across the business by helping with presentation packs, new client meetings, attending Head Office briefings and working across all departments to ensure we are delivering content to the right areas.
- Track cost and revenue per shot/ video and proposing improvements and efficiencies to improve. Alongside support in managing budgets and timescales for each project. Ensure the client is aware of the timescales for each project and these are adhered to.
- Look for cost effective ways of working. Keep track of spends throughout the project and process payments via billing.
Our Account Management Team would love to see from you:
- Previous Account Management experience, preferably within a creative environment
- A Customer/Client centric approach, with first class written & verbal skills, with ability to flex communication style.
- Understanding of what great looks like for Creative briefing, creative development and production processes
- A passion for creative, understanding what makes great creative and the conditions required for this to thrive
- Happy and confident in presenting to a wide range of stakeholders, seeking input and feedback from a board spectrum of people
- Strong collaborative skills, with ability to influence & persuade across different teams and disciplines, including Creatives, Commercial & production teams
- Experience in managing a project budget and great commercial acumen
- To have the ability to make informed, decisive decisions at pace
- Willingness and ability to travel to Store Support Centres across London and Ansty
