The role
We`re looking for an Account Manager to join us on our growth journey and leverage RingGo`s existing customer relationships. You`ll join our Commercial team and you play a key role in increasing the potential for our business to create and realise value from our growing client base. You`ll have overall accountability of a large client portfolio, spanning the UK, building long term strategic alliances with each individual client within the client base evangelising the transition from an exclusive tender driven marketplace to an Open Market.
In an Open Market, motorists choose to pay for parking with their preferred app, wherever they are. A big shift for mobility that will drive exciting innovation, and this is where you will come in to build credibility and create opportunities and also support the evolution of the UK parking market.
You`ll bring in your business judgement to support clients, driving growth across the full suite of RingGo products and you`ll work primarily with existing clients to discuss, frame, and develop relationships, and Open Market opportunities.
You`re passionate about building strong relationships, you`re a natural negotiator, have strong communication skills and you recognize the importance of adapting your communication style to different audiences.

You will contribute & make an impact through:
- Develop account strategy and cluster plans in conjunction with Account and Sales Director
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular close account management which will include regular face to face meetings, presentations, telephone, and email communications.
- Ensure a good understanding of the strategic direction of your clients and align with the RingGo and Easypark strategy of moving to an Open Market.
- Manage and grow revenues within your accounts, planning client account visits and preparing account review packs for these meetings.
- Develop and close growth (up-sell and cross-sell) opportunities from your accounts and produce any necessary proposal or supporting documentation.
- Maintain RingGo’s CRM system with all account opportunities, client meetings and key activities at all times.
- Contribute towards future initiatives – Proactively taking the lead to ensure that contracts are successfully renewed when appropriate.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions.

- Curious by nature with an interest to build the knowledge of the mobility industry, ideally within local authorities.
- Energetic and collaborative team player who enjoys a competitive environment.
- Experience working with a CRM system and Google’s G-Suite.
- Relevant experience in business development or account management.
