We are looking for an energetic account manager with a passion for customers and a desire to want to learn and improve. Managing customers expectations and driving CSAT and growth through Account Development plans.
In the past 12 months Peoplesafe have launched 4 new products and services and an international service, we continue to be the market leaders driving innovation.
You should have a proven track record of selling technology solutions into multiple contacts in a number of public and private sector organisations. With an uncapped commission plan we expect to hire salespeople who want to do better than their OTC’s
Some of the skill sets we are looking for:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to execute a strategy to deliver daily revenue.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience within a metric and target environment able to deliver daily, monthly and annual targets.
- Able to demonstrate first class account management service for our customers.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen
- Deliver an excellent retention rate by monitoring usage & providing monthly reporting.
- Confidently deliver presentations to various audiences including C-Level face to face and on the phone, using the latest technology and platforms
- Be able to work cross functionally with other departments to improve and enhance the customer experience for all customers.
- Excellent CRM management – including accurate record keeping & daily updates on the company’s CRM.
- Skilled in the ability to retain customers and prevent cancellations.

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
