Job Title: IT Account Manager
Location: Yate
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Our client, an IT company based in Yate, is looking for an experienced and ambitious Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the products and services. You will also work closely with the sales and technical teams to identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
*Must have previous knowledge in IT products and services*
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
- Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
- Communicates client needs and demands to the employer company
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Collaborates with the sales team to reach prospective clients
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
- Keep records of client transactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Knowledge of IT products and services.
- Results-driven, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
