We are looking for an Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ industry experience to join our talented team based in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes (MK11).

The role
This is a multi-layered role in a fast-paced environment with key responsibilities to include:

· Building multi-level relationships within existing accounts

· Working with clients to nail down the brief, articulating it to the creative team and meeting expectations

· Managing budgets, timings and deliverables from concept to completion

· Instructing key print, graphics and merchandise suppliers

· Operating agency workflow system

· Meeting account targets/goals and reporting on performance

· Identifying opportunities for growth

· Proofreading and sense-checking work before it goes to suppliers/clients

The person
Dynamic, creative, highly motivated and a self-starter, you will be a strong communicator, love all things process and have a demonstrable track record in an agency, or similar environment. You can take on responsibility, make good decisions, prioritise and perform well when under pressure whilst keeping many plates spinning.

You must have a high level of written English as you will be responsible for final checks on work going out the door.

This is a tall order and not for the faint-hearted, but for the right person, this is a role with a great opportunity to grow and develop with the agency.

Salary: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
