Accommodation Support Administrator
We are looking for a highly motived Accommodation Support Administrator to join the Accommodation Team.

As a member of the team you will deal mainly with enquiries about and requests for Solent’s residential accommodation. As well as offering guidance and advice on matters relating to accommodation contracts you will also be responsible for the allocation of study bedrooms and data input into the University’s accommodation management system.
With experience of working in a customer focused environment, you should ideally have an understanding of housing issues & student accommodation and of working with a data management system, or of working within a higher education environment.
You will be joining a highly experienced residential services team who are responsible for delivering the highest standards of accommodation and customer service.
Reporting to the Accommodation support team leader, you will have a passion and commitment to deliver excellent customer focus, with an eye for detail you should also have the commitment and ability to work within a fast paced and demanding environment.
