What will you be doing as our Marketing Partnerships Lead:
Delivering the continued growth of Supplier Partnerships, working with the wider business to engage suppliers and drive commercial growth.
Build proposals for co-branded marketing campaigns with key suppliers, working on media plans and identifying opportunities for profitable growth.
Responsible for end to end campaign delivery, briefing creative and content requirements, securing media inventory and getting activity live.
Track and manage all activity and building campaign reviews.
Supporting continued growth of supplier partnerships media estate, looking to create or add new channels to supplier partnerships offering, creating more opportunities and a better experience for suppliers.
Support the development of key retail events, such as Black Friday, Bank Holidays and Peak trading to ensure cohesive implementation across Buying, Trade, Marketing and Creative.
Works with Brand teams to ensure activity aligns with seasonal comms plans.
What skills and experience will you have?
Experience in a campaign management role.
Strong commercial awareness.
High levels of attention to detail.
Strong communicator and presenter.
Has an understanding the end-to-end customer journey in an online retail business.
Strong Excel skills and analytically minded.
Experience with Digital Marketing.
Proven ability to engage and work collaboratively with stakeholders
A degree in marketing or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
