We’re a small award winning growing translation agency, based in the heart of Glasgow. We provide B2B technical translation services globally. We serve the medical and technical industries with a range of key language services that have had us recognised nationally for our work. We are trusted by national and international companies, like, Dexcom, Inc., FIRE1, McLaren Formula One and Rocket Medical among other leading national and global companies.

Our mission is to provide all of our clients with a joyful and easy service by providing them with quality technical translations that help them to reach their business goals with better communication, removing language barriers to create better inclusion and a shared understanding to drive businesses and societies forward.

Your role:

Your role will be to work alongside your follow colleagues - our MD, Head of Partnerships and other members of our sales account management team as well as sales support. You’ll be responsible for driving sales over the phone with assigned leads to build your own pipeline. You'll also be responsible for looking after and taking care of some of our existing accounts, working to maximise those relationships as you become more experienced with us. We expect you to take care of our clients and fellow team as if they were your own family - serving them to a high quality standard, building solid rapport and regularly looking at ways in which we can offer them more of our services to achieve their project objectives successfully and grow your sales and business.

We'll provide you with ongoing coaching and training to become a high performing team member and you'll also have the opportunity to share your skills and experience with other more junior members of our team to help develop them. We'll provide you with a company laptop, mobile phone, a generous work pension scheme and all expenses paid company trips and holidays. You’ll be provided with a good commission package based on your performance and the opportunity to be promoted fast is here too.

We're looking for someone who has at least three years of experience in customer service and sales. We're looking for someone who has the right positive, make it happen no matter what attitude, who is resilient, a self motivator, who doesn't take rejection personally and is equally kind and considerate - putting their fellow team members and clients at the heart of all that they do. For this role you must be disciplined and care a lot about all that you do.

You'll be working in a fun, high pressured and fast paced work environment – we celebrate our wins and we work hard to achieve them. You will really get out what you put in – hitting the ground running, consistently working to do your numbers and putting in a lot of hard work initially will see you building a pipeline quickly and successfully in turn being rewarded with generous commission for all sales brought in over and above your targets.

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
