We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Manager must be able to effectively communicate with customers, build strong relationships, and identify areas of improvement in order to provide the best service possible. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet them.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage client accounts and ensure that all deadlines are met.
- Create reports and presentations for clients.
- Negotiate contracts with clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £32,311.00-£35,515.00 per year
