EIC are a forward-thinking utilities consultancy, with over 30 years’ experience of helping business clients take effective control of their energy, water and waste – lowering their bills, saving them time and contributing to a more sustainable future.

The successful candidate will be the key point of contact between suppliers and clients. You will oversee client queries to resolution, while supporting the sales team with tendering and pricing requests. You will be expected to keep up to date with energy industry legislation and market data, and attend client meetings when required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Tracking and resolving complex supplier and customer queries
  • Gathering all information required for tendering process and creation of energy tenders
  • Accurately updating and maintaining database with client information, and proactively recognising and investigating any anomalous data
  • Representing the company in client/supplier meetings or calls
  • Preparing utility reports for key stakeholders
  • Providing technical knowledge and support to clients
  • Liaising with other teams internally to bridge data gaps to assist with query resolution
  • Pre and post-sales registration support to ensure there are no delays with contract registration/switching

Essential:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong IT skills, especially Excel
  • Highly organised with a good attention to detail
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience with database management
  • Strong energy industry knowledge

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Account management: 1 year (preferred)
  • Salesforce: 1 year (preferred)
