The role/company:

Major Players are partnering with a reputable and fast-growing integrated agency based in Manchester, to recruit for an Account Manager.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager, as you will be working within an in-house account team at the agency's client based in Manchester rather than working at the agency's office. If you have an agency background but have been looking to make the move to working within a brand, this will be the ideal next step for you.

The successful candidate will have solid agency experience with a brilliant understanding of branding, marketing and production, along with a passion for working with big brands and unlocking creative challenges.

Essential skills & experience:

• 2+ years of Account Management experience within an agency setting.
• Experience working on retail accounts would be advantageous.
• Relevant experience across print, digital and social production.
• Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
• Experience formulating and translating client briefs.
• Excellent client relationship management, with solid financial and commercial acumen, creative judgement and strategic thinking.
• Brilliant communications skills, with the ability to be articulate in person and in writing and strong presentation skills.
• A solid understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining outstanding agency service.

Salary:

Up to £35,000 per annum

Office and location:

Office based in Manchester - at least 3 days per week on site with the client.

Due to the nature of this role, it would be advantageous to be a driver with a car, as you will be required to travel between sites depending on shoot locations.
