M.i.A Merchandise (part of the Disrupt group) is changing the future of e-commerce merchandise sales, with an innovative service providing ‘print-on-demand’ of fan merchandise (MiAMerchandise.com) via a Shopify App.

Now with locations across Europe, Australia & USA we operate primarily in the entertainment, music, and sports industries working for national teams, such as ITV, ABC, Sony, and Universal Music.

Print-On-Demand provides artists with a way to offer new exciting merchandise to their fans to buy, without them having to buy upfront or warehouse items. It does away with all wastage in the supply chain and avoids items going to landfill

We are on the hunt for an ambitious Account Manager who has a passion for music, movies, TV and sport. Ideally, someone who is an entrepreneur at heart and is looking to get in at the ground level, and stuck into something with huge exposure.

Predominantly seeking and connecting with e-commerce platforms, music labels and TV networks. You will do this by tradeshows, emailing, calling, linkedin or other means of generating interest from potential clients.

Our Account Manager strives to revolutionise the e-commerce industry. At MiA Merchandise we are helping to grow and partner with the most innovative clients in the music industry. You'll be an advocate of MiA Merchandise partnering with our customers to help them build their platforms with ease. Whether coaching our clients, creating new relationships or building out processes and strategy. You are exceptionally focused on putting our customers first.

You must then plan persuasive approaches, and pitches to help convey our messaging and get the client to the point of a trial. You must develop a rapport with new clients, and definitively be able to show the benefits of using our app.

Your role will be:

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value of MiA
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment
  • Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behavior
  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
  • Identifying industry trends
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience

You will be provided with a strong list of potential clients who use similar services, predominantly in the US & UK

Your role will be

  • Contact Brand owners by phone, email, linkedin and other channels.
  • Convey the benefits, and case studies of the M.i.A solution (better for the environment, no cost, more flexible).
  • Set demo meetings to attend with your sales manager.
  • It's expected you will learn more about the product, and graduate to a sales manager position within a set period of time.

This is truly an exciting and ground-level role, working and traveling side by side with the CEO
