Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming queries or concerns from clients through calls and email
- Be in the know regarding pricing information, product requests, product ideas, and the like to be able
to address customer concerns better
- Sell and promote products with the wholesales team
- Process quotations as per the procedure
- Return necessary calls within the system
- Follow up with customers and vendors through calls or correspondence to clarify and resolve issues
- Eloquently communicate with people regarding order status, suggestions, and other concerns to
ensure that all orders are processed and timelines are met
- Proactive sales, selling products to companies
- Foster relationships with old and new clients
- Outreaching to clients to create sales strategies and a sales pipeline
- Learn and continue building a portfolio of knowledge consisting of the company’s products, services,
and policies
- Become a valued resource person for clients through customer service and sales
3. Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
The Customer Care and Sales Specialist is required to have:
- Good customer service skills
- Experience in marketing and sales of promotional products
- Team player qualities
Preferred Qualifications
- High school or College diploma
- Relevant experience of at least 1-3 year/s
