Selling innovative, first-of-its-kind Project Management Cloud Platform to Fortune 1000 Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) companies is challenging work, and LoadSpring’s Sales team lives for that challenge. We’re searching for an ambitious full-cycle sales professional who, like us, is motivated by the opportunity to drive meaningful, positive change among the world’s biggest AEC organizations. You’ll help us change the Project Management process by serving as a trusted advisor and introducing our Project Management Cloud Platform to companies around the world.

What you need to be successful as an Account Manager:
- 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle SaaS/Cloud/B2B sales role successfully selling enterprise technology solutions to C-Level
- Experience selling technology solutions to Architecture, Engineering, and Constructions industries a PLUS
- A consultative, relationship-driven sales philosophy with an innate desire to help clients
- Proven track record of long-term success and high achievement in bringing in new clients and closing deals
- Experience managing and tracking information in a CRM (NetSuite or Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
What you’ll do as an Account Manager at LoadSpring:
- Leverage your extensive SaaS/Cloud/B2B sales experience to drive new business opportunities with enterprise AEC organizations and Fortune 1000 companies
- Manage the full sales cycle with enterprise clients using a consultative sales approach
- Navigate complex organization structures as you lead discovery conversations, product demos, and solution discussions
- Listen and ask questions to gain an understanding of clients’ project management and business challenges
- Educate potential clients and their teams on the strength of our Project Management Cloud Platform
- Acquire, develop, and close new customers for the company to meet annual revenue and growth targets
- Lead negotiations with clients and navigate complex sales processes and long-term contract conditions
- Deal with a sophisticated product that involves a thorough knowledge of the AEC industry
Compensation: £75,000-£85,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission potential
