LineTen is a rapidly growing b2b SaaS start-up providing solutions for businesses like Five Guys, Nando's, Uniqlo and many more. We provide software that streamlines online ordering, sales channel management and delivery operations and additionally provide a unique working capital solution.

What’s the job?
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team and help us maintain strong relationships with our clients. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients are fully leveraging all the features and benefits of our platform. You will also work closely with our internal teams to identify opportunities to improve our product offerings and ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and maintain regular communication to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
- Onboard new clients and provide training on our platform and features
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients
- Work with our internal teams to resolve any technical issues or product concerns
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor and analyse client usage data to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute client retention and expansion strategies
Requirements:
- Experience in account management or customer success roles, preferably in the tech/saas industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
