Job description
The Account Manager is the primary project and relationship manager for LGE’s clients. The role carries the operational responsibility for service delivery to our clients within the scope of services agreed. The Account Manager will create trusted relationships which develop into strategic partnerships. .
Reports To: Account Management Team Leader
Salary Range: £30,000-£38,000 + Commission (Depending on experience)
Location: Manchester OR Blackpool OR Remote
Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Acting as main contact for LGE’s corporate clients.
- Ensure all contracted services are delivered.
- Establish where value can be added and implement.
- Manage all departments’ client deliverables.
- Keeping track of complex queries via query system, effectively managing them across the organisation.
- Assist in the development of best practice across the Account Management function.
- Identify opportunities and upsell LGE’s services where required.
- Ad hoc tasks as required.
- Support colleagues and work to employ best practice across the business
