As the successful Account Manager your duties will include:

• Maintaining relationships with key existing customers
• Assisting with the process of finding and developing new business opportunities
• Identifying and closing new opportunities in order to maximise accounts
• Attending suitable networking events to represent the business and generate referrals and partnerships for customers
• Attending compliance reviews and customer visits
• Negotiating and confirming contract information between customers and suppliers
• Supporting in the management of customer feedback and complaints

Skills required:

• Prior experience within a similar role
• The ability to thrive within a fast paced environment
• Excellent rapport building skills
• Multi task and manage time effectively
• A proven sales track record (advantageous)
• IT literate in the use of MS excel
• A full UK driving licence

To be successful in this Account Manager role you will enjoy working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. In return you will receive a salary of £33,000 plus a performance based bonus of up to 40% of your annual salary. This position is 37.5hrs per week working Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm.
