We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager/ Relationship Manager based in the South East (Greater London/South London ideal base) to effectively manage our partnership with our key clients.
As our Relationship Manager, you will ensure quality-of-service delivery from our supply chain and be accountable for maximizing all opportunities from assigned Branches through face-to-face and online coaching to raise awareness of the Modern Method of Auction (MMoA). You will be accountable for creating and building ongoing relationships at Area and Branch level to deliver the groups 2023 targets.
This is a full time, permanent position 40hours per week with the ideal candidate being based in London, due to the nature and Geographic’s of the role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with our clients' teams, conducting visits to all partner agent branches as and when required
- Delivering external training and coaching sessions with branch managers and teams to maximise the level of auction activity
- Promoting the Auction Boost facility with a view to highlighting suitable properties in order to develop lead levels, together with educating teams on how to identify opportunities
- Regularly collate and present detailed Management Information to key stakeholders within our client's group
- Creating and distributing case studies to demonstrate success and use as point-of-sale material
Key requirements include:
- Previous experience within the property industry is essential, preferably within an Account Management role
- A proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results
- The ability to motivate and coach estate agents to successfully offer our services to their clients in order to secure more business
- Excellent, engaging presentation skills being comfortable in speaking to both large and small audiences, in all training mediums.
- You will have a persuasive and inspiring manner with the confidence to deal with a variety of stakeholders within a business to develop trust and product confidence
The successful candidate will need to be flexible to travel extensively throughout the UK and stay away from home overnight as and when required.
