The role:
We are searching for an Account Manager that will take ownership of all client-facing delivery and services. Given the autonomu provided in this role, it's imperative that you are a self starter who essentially comes from an agency background.
You will have experience of working with clients in technology, eCommerce or Nonprofit across services including digital marketing, website development, creative and content marketing.
You will be part of a growing team, and play a huge part in our growth, as you influence the growth of client relationships and implement ways to attract new ones.
Ideally, you will have:
- At least 4 years agency experience
- Successful track record of building relationships with clients and generating sales
- Proven track record of effective relationship management
- Savvy with technology - for the IT tools!
- A genuine passion and understanding for account management within an agency environment
- The ability to engage with a wide range of audiences, making links between different business requirements and aligning our services to our customers’ clear business objectives
- Drive to create a brand through social selling
- Naturally driven to building relationships with clients and partners
- Understanding of growth marketing and the services we offer
- Appreciation for the value of CRM in sales and marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with prospects, clients, your team and other partners by telephone, email and in person
- Positive outlook, motivated by your own ‘why’
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- A relevant degree or similar experience
Key responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Head of client services
- Day to day running of all client-facing delivery and communication with delivery
- Oversee all activity relating to both client services and delivery teams, identifying issues before they arise
- Create strong community and client relations
- Effective and accurate CRM management and optimisation
- Business client relationships - setting client expectations and agency deliverables
- Team Management - both efficiently and effectively to agreed financial targets
- Help identify and convert new business opportunities - incl. upsells, new business pitches
- Attending events and truly representing the Heyoo brand
