Headquartered in Peterborough, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager with excellent organisational skills wanting to progress their career and join a vibrant, fast paced and high growth team.
This is a hands-on role for a sales professional who will manage client accounts, execute campaigns, and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
This is a superb opportunity for someone who has several years experience working in an account management, client facing environment and is looking to take the next step in their career.
Key responsibilities
- Ownership of a portfolio of new and existing clients
- Build strong client relationships and ensure maximum success for clients
- Plan, schedule and oversee key client communication points.
- Get a good understanding of our clients’ requirements and objectives and ensure that they are delivered upon
- Onboard new clients (post-sales)
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Analyse campaign data to understand what is working and what can be improved upon, and being ready and available to communicate that to the clients at all times
- Manage the client throughout the lifecycle to ensure maximum client retention
Requirements
- Experienced in developing B2B client relationships
- Ability to build client trust
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate at C-Level
- Highly organised
- Strong analytical ability to draw insights from data and identify opportunities
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work well independently and self-manage workload effectively

This is an office based role in Peterborough.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
