Core Banking Platform

finova's Core Banking Platform includes the UK market-leading cloud-based originations software and integrated in-life servicing software. The platform supports mortgages, equity release, specialist lending and savings. Over £75 billion has been originated through the system by our customers and over £27 billion of loans and savings are managed through the servicing platform.

The platform is designed for fast implementation and facilitates day-to-day banking operations. Utilising the latest technology, the API-led platform seamlessly integrates with over 20 third-party applications, enabling financial institutions to self-configure the platform effortlessly and efficiently to meet the rapidly changing demands of the market

Account Manager

We're seeking a highly talented and successful Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring we provide our clients with the best possible service. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a variety of clients, including banks and building societies.

Working closely with our Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Delivery Directors, you'll gain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and earn their trust. Your excellent people skills, ability to manage expectations, and collaboration with our Delivery teams will enable you to effectively manage client needs and ensure successful outcomes.

As our Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by delivering exceptional client experiences and driving continued growth for our organization. We're looking for a motivated and skilled individual who is excited to take on this challenge and grow with our team.

  • A proven ability to build strong relationships with well-established clients at an executive level.
  • Success in structuring and closing complex enterprise software sales within the financial service sector.
  • A focus on delivering excellent service to your named clients and being their voice within our organization.
  • A team player who values collaboration and understands business needs and challenges.
  • The ability to work independently and meet set targets in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.


What will you be doing?

  • Identifying and converting upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on our latest product offerings that align with our clients' business objectives.
  • Establishing and nurturing executive-level engagement with existing clients.
  • Leading contract renewals and ensuring appropriate notice and communication is given to clients.
  • Advocating and championing Finova and our Products & Services to clients and prospects.
  • Representing the client in a positive light to internal stakeholders at Finova.
  • Providing internal reports on sales targets and pipeline progression.
  • Ensuring a clear and focused understanding of the client Roadmap to help guide commercial opportunities.
  • Building a solid relationship with the client to guide and influence the Roadmap and subsequent decisions.
