About you
We're now on the hunt for a proactive, energetic, and commercially obsessed Account Manager. We have a Beta product, Ellie, that's currently being used by multinational Real Estate corporates. She lives in the email ecosystem, reading email body text and PDF attachments, and responding in email.
To grow, we need someone with a knack for client relations and a passion for commercial success. If you've recently found yourself tweaking your ideal customer profile to get it just right, while watching The Crown, you might just be our perfect match.

More on the role
Reporting to Johnny Morris, but working closely with both founders, your mission will be to build and support our customer base in international real estate. You’ll be in at day 1, so will have a hand in shaping how we build everything in sales, account management, and customer success.
This means you will...
- Become an expert in how GenAI will change the Real Estate industry, teaching potential customers how they can work with our product to transform how they work.
- Work with Johnny to build sales, onboarding, and account management processes and systems from scratch!
- Target potential customers, engaging them through LinkedIn, email, at events, etc - and qualify incoming leads.
- Develop strong relationships with our current customers to understand their needs and ensure Ellie is meeting them… or if she isn’t today, make suggestions to our engineering team to fulfil those needs!
- Be ever curious, seeking insights into our ideal customers, exploring their problems and how we can add more value
- Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition
- Deliver consistent value to our customers, encouraging them to purchase additional user seats and spread the word about our product.
