Your role as the Account Manager will be based in our Head office site, which is an open, plan office made up of a warm & friendly team of 8 including an Accounts Assistant.

You will be accountable for delivery in the following areas:

  • Managing the backup of the Bransom sales data in line with company standards
  • Collating takings and banking sheets and maintaining the relevant documentation
  • Investigating takings and banking errors
  • Update sales reports and distribute them to the relevant departments
  • Manage the Hitachi finance process (eg: set up new users; request ‘hold’ status to be paid)
  • Collating and filing invoices and inputting them into Bransom
  • Co-ordinate all payments for suppliers and update the relevant reports
  • Complete month-end procedures at the end of every month
  • Process monthly timesheets for payroll
  • Assist in other areas within the scope of the role as and when necessary.

Essential experience:

  • AAT qualified - Level 3 or above
  • Experience working with C-suite Business Executives
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to identify trends from data & make appropriate recommendations
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to build relationships with suppliers & colleagues
  • Ability to work in a pressured environment
  • Working at speed with attention to detail
  • Highly organised

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
