Your role as the Account Manager will be based in our Head office site, which is an open, plan office made up of a warm & friendly team of 8 including an Accounts Assistant.
You will be accountable for delivery in the following areas:
- Managing the backup of the Bransom sales data in line with company standards
- Collating takings and banking sheets and maintaining the relevant documentation
- Investigating takings and banking errors
- Update sales reports and distribute them to the relevant departments
- Manage the Hitachi finance process (eg: set up new users; request ‘hold’ status to be paid)
- Collating and filing invoices and inputting them into Bransom
- Co-ordinate all payments for suppliers and update the relevant reports
- Complete month-end procedures at the end of every month
- Process monthly timesheets for payroll
- Assist in other areas within the scope of the role as and when necessary.
Essential experience:
- AAT qualified - Level 3 or above
- Experience working with C-suite Business Executives
- Bank reconciliations
- Project Management experience
- Ability to identify trends from data & make appropriate recommendations
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to build relationships with suppliers & colleagues
- Ability to work in a pressured environment
- Working at speed with attention to detail
- Highly organised
