Job description
About us
We’re a full-service, sector-agnostic marketing and creative agency, with a very different perspective on the client/agency relationship. We work for some of the biggest brands in their sectors, as well as disruptive, early-stage businesses looking to pack a punch. We’re senior ex-big agency professionals, client-side marketing leaders, talented creatives and experienced campaign managers. So we know a thing or two about removing barriers that stand in the way of great agency/client relationships. It's what gets us out of bed early.
As far as starts to the year go, this has been one of our best yet.
2023 has got off to a flyer. Not only have we got brilliant projects launching with our current clients, but we’ve also won a host of new business with exciting plans for the rest of the year.
With so much going on, we’re now on the look out for the newest addition to our team – an experienced, organised, and creative account manager, ready to dive straight in, deliver excellent client support, and help steer our projects to success.
You’ll work on an international client portfolio featuring a diverse range of industries and challenges from travel to online health, CBD and wellness to geo-spatial analysis (don’t worry we didn’t know what it meant at first either!)
And you’ll become a vital part of our friendly, cohesive team dedicated to creating exceptional work for every client.
It’s a role that will stretch you, create opportunities for growth, experiences to cherish, and require exceptional organisational, communication, and collaborative skills to deliver successfully.
Reporting to – and working with - the Account Director, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of campaign plans, channels, and client support to ensure timelines and deadlines are met at all times.
You’ll also be required to support with campaign content creation and delivery, so strong copywriting skills and a willingness to get involved in generating ideas, are particularly desirable especially for social and email activities.
Already sounding like it’s you?
Here’s The Skills You’ll Need
With maintaining complex, fast-paced project plans a key part of the role, excellent organisational and communication skills are a must.
You’ll be a brilliant team player who thrives in a collaborative process, confident to bring ideas to the table and challenge when and where it’s needed while also being resilient enough to accept challenge and constructive critique.
Technically, you’ll be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Project, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and have good experience with software such as MailChimp, Klaviyo, Later, and Bynder.
Agency experience is positive, but you can also come from in-house marketing or project teams.
What you’ll get in return
We’re offering a flexible working package of 30 hours per week that can be balanced to suit both the demands of the role, your preferred way of working and home life.
