Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients to ensure continued collaboration and mutual success
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of our customer needs and requirements
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuous needs evaluation and solution proposals aligned to achieving shared goals
- Ensure the correct products, invoices and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Identifying and capitalising on opportunities with an innovative approach within your customer base.
- Ensure you consistently deliver exceptional customer service and serve as the link of communication between the customers and internal teams
- Create and present compelling sales proposals to meet and exceed our customer expectations.
- Attend key industry events by representing the company i.e. exhibitions, forums etc.
- Be conscious of the market and competitor activity, provide feedback and recommendations to help improve the company’s proposition
- Co-ordinate internal resources such as marketing, product and operations to ensure we offer the best overall service to our customers.
- Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
- Ensure invoices are paid by customers in a timely manner
- Utilise CRM to manage the customer journey and ensure full visibility of activities and actions
- Prospect for and qualify new opportunities
The Person
- A minimum of 3 years sales experience (B2B preferable)
- Experience working cross-functionally with other internal departments
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Goal and target oriented with a demonstratable track record of achieving success
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Outstanding persuasion, presentation and negotiation skills
- Demonstrates good networking skills (internally and externally) and actively seeks to use contacts to further their own input, impact, and influence
- A solutions mindset capable of aligning the companies value proposition effectively to varying needs and opportunities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per year
