Job Title: Account Manager
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Understand client needs and objectives and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic recommendations
Experience:
- Proven experience in account management or sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
