Job Title: Video Editor

Department: Digital Content Creation

Reports to: Head of Production

Johnson Health Tech Digital has two main business lines, one producing digital fitness content both on a business to business and business to consumer basis, and the other is the UK home equipment segment.

At the digital content division our aim is to produce the best possible working environment, to attract the world’s strongest instructors, delivering the highest quality class concepts. All underpinned by physiological and psychological science, alongside the best video production and audio in the industry

As the Video editor, you would be responsible for working on the raw footage filmed by the crew and turning it into the final product as per the requirements. This would include among other things splitting and combining video clips, adding appropriate sounds and graphics and reviewing the final product before submitting.

A good understanding of music will be beneficial. An understanding and prior experience in the fitness industry would be preferable. This will be a remote position with one or two days a month required in office.

We have a “hands on” approach to business right across the organization. An ability to pro-actively manage multi-level stakeholder relationships (internal and external) is business critical. Only really committed team players should apply.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collecting all footage.
• Organising all footage into appropriate folder structures and keeping an archive of all content gathered.
• Editing workout videos with graphics and music.
• Creating graphics.
• Audio Editing.
• Exporting and delivering final files.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• 3+ years editing experience in a production environment.
• Premiere Pro: Editing / colour grading / audio editing & mixing.
• After Effects: Basic motion graphics (typography animation) / Video retouching, manipulation, dynamic linking.
• Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign: Confident in photographic retouching & manipulation.
• IT: Basic MacOS/Windows knowledge / Microsoft office / data management / file format knowledge & organisation / transcoding.
• Experience of working with multiple cameras will be beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per year

• High Wycombe: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
