Don’t have fuels experience? – that’s fine we offer the best industry training and have quite literally moulded some of the most respected sales professionals in the industry! What is essential is that you have an automatous approach to driving your own success, the ability to build strong customer and colleague relationships with a go getter mind set and at least 2 years sales or similar role experience.
This is a fully office-based position, full time, permanent, Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm work pattern. Offering a salary up to £24,000 basic with an OTE of £40,000 Y1 estimate uncapped commission + benefits.
You'll receive 2 weeks classroom training on industry followed by a further 6-month personal development plan to provide you with a solid foundation for your career at Crown Oil.
You will play a vital role in driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and brand alignment. You’ll maintain an existing customer based, along with winning new business using your excellent product knowledge and sales acumen with a focus on providing a tailored service whilst growing your accounts to achieve maximum profitability to help you hit (and smash) your targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers inquiries
- Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services
- Monitor account and sales pipeline performance and provide regular market updates to customers
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for growth
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales or account management
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
