Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts department.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports and forecasts.
- Participate in business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage, guide, and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in various accounting software.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
