Account Manager, Pharma Data Intelligence
Working model: Hybrid
Hours: Full Time, Permanent
Office location: Central London
Compensation package: Exceeding £120,000

Our client is an internationally recognised brand that specialises in market intelligence and data research in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Due to their success the past year, the Account Management team is looking to bring on a new Account Manager who will specialise in building client relationships and renewals sales.
Your key responsibilities:
- Strategize creative approaches to renewals and upsell opportunities
- Orchestrate and manage regular meetings with respect to the current state of business
- “Game-plan” with Account Managers on how Renewal Specialists should work with them
- Save the Account Manager’s time by supporting clerical questions i.e. SFDC, approval issues
- Determine best practices and create a “play-book” for future reference
- Hold quarterly goal reviews with Account Managers and Sales Managers to ensure growth
- Work with Account Managers on building and fostering client relationships.
- Create synergies between sales teams and outside departments, i.e. Sales Operations, Marketing, Training teams, etc
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasting
- Review progress and report against key renewal tasks, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc, as required
Qualifications / Experience:
- Previous experience working in a Sales/Customer Success environment
- Proven track record of consistent increases in renewal rate YoY
- Ability to prioritize and execute different activities and ensure goals are achieved
- Be customer-first and solution-minded
- True team player with a “whatever it takes” attitude, strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Highly organised, methodical and process-driven, demonstrating a drive to improve internal processes whenever possible
