Power Generation Account Manager

Stockport / Flexible Locations / Flex First Hybrid

Overview

At Centrica Business Solutions (CBS) we provide integrated energy solutions that deliver cost efficiency, resilience and accelerate our customers’ journeys to a low carbon future. We serve business and public sector organisations, increasingly focusing on delivering decarbonisation of power, heating and transport through our portfolio of solutions.

You will manage and develop relationships within our Power Generation division and ensure all customers’ requests and queries are actioned which will assist them to achieve a maximum return on asset performance and revenue.

The Role

In your new role as Power Generation Manager, you will have some of the following accountabilities:

  • Prepare professional proposals and service level agreements for new and existing customers
  • Drive performance on the customers behalf and ensure they receive a maximum return on investment
  • Support the wider business development team to provide the best solutions for existing customers
  • Obtain client referrals, case studies and testimonials
  • Maintain company records and contract management system accurately
  • Be proactive about growing knowledge of the industry and up to date legislation

The Person

We would like you to have some of the following experience for this role:

Work Experience

  • Strong working knowledge of CHP and Power Generation assets
  • Understand renewable and decarbonised energy solutions available from Centrica
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Word, Publisher & Excel
  • Full clean UK driving licence
