We are a leading Managed Security Services Partner (MSSP) that provides comprehensive cybersecurity solutions to businesses across the UK. Our team of experienced cybersecurity professionals offers a range of services, including threat detection and response, vulnerability management, and compliance monitoring, to ensure that our clients remain secure and compliant with relevant regulations.

The Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in designated market segments through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
  • Build and drive direct sales activities in addition to maintaining relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized proposals and presentations.
  • Pipeline and forecasting management through CRM.
  • Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, industry developments and competitor offerings.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cybersecurity or related technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, services, and technology.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
  • Consultative or value-selling experience preferable.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
  • Knowledge of Cisco or Fortinet (advantageous)
  • Curious, coachable and a willingness to learn.
  • Passion for increasing customer happiness and deepening customer relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
