The company
Our client are a market leader and household brand operating in an exciting and expanding digital marketplace. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to prospect for new business and manage existing accounts.
About the role
This is a home based role and will involve managing a designated number of accounts and prospecting new accounts to achieve individual revenue goals and activity targets. Effectively manage the customer base and product mix across existing clients and develop and convert new business opportunities via and Zoom/Teams calls.
The person we are looking for has
- Consistent track record of performance - sales targets and KPIs
- Has experience in successfully prospecting, building and delivering growth from a new customer base
- Experience in a business development role
- Wants to work in a start-up type environment
- Is motivated to identify challenges and work with teams across the business to find ways to continually improve performance
- Is able to build strong relationships
- Open and honest team player
- Analytical and confident with data analysis
- Drives for results to achieve commercial goals and has the ability to create solutions and share success amongst colleagues
- Can develop their skills and can challenge existing processes
- Basic salary £40k to £52,000 (negotiable depending upon experience)
- Commission is uncapped, paid monthly and guaranteed for the 1st 4 months
