- Responsible for delivering against revenue and margin targets as a part of virtual sales team within a customer base of private sector customers.
- Responsibility for outbound sales prospecting and opportunities
- Work closely with field sales and specialist teams to deliver opportunities for core BT product lines
- Accurately forecast business KPI’s to management teams
- Proactively manage churn risk for core BT products
- Identify opportunities to sell to new customers
- Recognises and delivers against opportunities for business growth via a multi-channel approach.
- Close contracts, as well as engaging with others/specialists to deliver customer requirements
- Acts as the desk-based point of contact for the customer/partner developing long term customer relationships.
- Relevant experience in Desk-Based selling, and delivering against a multi-channel strategy
- Professional approach to team and client relationships
- Track record of delivering against sales and revenue targets
- BT Pension scheme, minimum 5% Employee contribution, BT contribution 10%
