The Company:

We are currently looking to recruit Customer Service Representatives. The business pride itself on its high-end, quality service and its close-knit family culture.

The Role:

They say it’s good to talk – and we couldn’t agree more. As a pivotal role in our call centre, you’ll help to find an individual solution for customers by understanding their individual needs, helping them find the right way forward - whether that’s agreeing on a repayment plan, directing them to free debt advice, or closing their account.

You’ll be able to have a sensitive conversation with customers about their situation and if you spot a vulnerable customer, you’ll give them expert support by providing extra help. No judgments. Just a sympathetic ear.

The Candidate:

You MUST have a solid track record with one of your most recent roles lasting at least 8 months – we are looking for people who want a career not just a job.
You will have a sensitive, resilient, and empathetic character.
Your personality will portray the following attributes: excellent attitude and work ethic, charisma, and the ability to show genuine commitment to all aspects of work.
You must be tenacious, driven, and have the desire to work in a people centric environment.
