Job description
Brymor is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and driven customer Sales Account Manager to join our friendly wholesale team.
Responsibilities of the role are:
- Manage multiple customer relationships and accounts, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction is maintained
- Implement strategies for retaining and growing current customer base
- Work on new customer opportunities and manage all new enquires
- Open new accounts and co-ordinate first delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage the Sales team to collate daily orders and plan deliveries
- Work collaboratively with the Production Manager to fulfil customers’ orders
- Achieve quarterly bonus linked sales KPI’s
- Weekly sales reporting and planning
- Work with our Marketing resources to maximise the sales opportunities on a weekly basis
- Other duties as required to successfully manage the Sales team and to fulfil customers’ orders

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 38-40 hours per week between the hours of 8am – 6pm, however hours can be flexible to suit the right candidate. The role is office based located at our farm just outside of Masham, with occasional customer visits as required.
Customer Service experience of 2 years is preferred but not essential.
The salary on offer is based on experience, with a starting salary with OTE of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum.
