Job Summary:
We’re looking for a talented self-starter to join our sales department as an Account Manager. >span class="NormalTextRun SCXW209332171 BCX0">
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for communication to 100-200 customers utilizing our lead generation services.
- Proactively reach out to clientele to get ahead of any issues.
- Reroute customer leads to their preferred destination.
- Communicate client requests to other departments effectively.
- Handle the billing, subscriptions and credit card processing of all clients
- Create and deliver different reporting for clients.
- Communicate proactively with the sales team to ensure a good customer experience.
- Help lower our churn and cancellations on a month to month basis.
- Report net adds and net cancellations to leadership.
- All other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- A strong work ethic and desire to grow.
- Be a people person.
Education and Experience:
- Customer service experience in any capacity required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
