Location: Bedford
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a hardworking and dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our Corporate Accounts team based in Bedford.

What you will be doing:

  • Working with the Payroll Team and with hospital contacts concerning all aspects of payroll processing and pension administration
  • Supporting your Payroll Team members to process an accurate and efficient service to our employees and the wider business
  • Assisting with complex troubleshooting and resolving queries around payment, tax, pension etc.
  • Providing accurate data entry and numerical calculations
  • Ensuring Data Security, HMRC and GDPR Compliance

What you will need:

Essential

  • Proven end to end, high volume, in-house payroll experience
  • Working knowledge of HMRC compliance, RTI, Statutory payments, NLW, GDPR and pension auto-enrolment
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • The personality to work as part of a small dedicated team
  • The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
