Role Brief
As a Field-Based Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with our key business clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential customers, build rapport, influence and ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our products and services. You will be the main point of contact between the company and our clients in the South East of England.

Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with our existing clients, acting as their main point of contact and understanding their specific needs and requirements.
- Regularly visit clients' premises to conduct product presentations, gather information specific to each client and identify upselling and cross selling opportunities.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Successfully representing our brands and the company by providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Being a ‘team player’ by contributing to a hugely positive and supportive company culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience out ‘in the field’ in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated ‘no excuse’ mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work independently in the field, including minimum 5 team building trips to Scotland per year.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
