Job description
We are on the hunt for a charismatic and ambitious new Junior International Account Manager to join an innovative beauty brand. This is a hybrid role based in Radlett, Hertfordshire.
The role
Reporting to the Head of International Business Development, your key responsibilities will be to grow profitability and sales of existing accounts as well as grow the brand’s reach in the wholesale / distribution channel within selected international territories.
You’ll also be responsible for finding new revenue opportunities and markets to expand into, and creating and upkeeping sales reports. Excel proficiency required.
This is a hybrid position – 3 days at home, 2 days at HQ. There will be ad hoc international travel and attending trade shows.
How you’ll dazzle us
Our client is looking for a self starter who is able to hit the ground running, and who has a true passion for beauty and skincare. You should be comfortable with data/numbers and understand how to get the best from analysing figures. Experience in account management would be ideal.
We’re looking for a real go getter who is hungry to learn, will get stuck in, and support projects. You should be able to wear multiple hats and be adaptable to a ‘start up’ business attitude. You’ll need to be an exceptional negotiator who is a people person, entrepreneurial, dynamic, and enthusiastic with a love for developing customer relationships.
It’s important that you fit in well with our team and that you understand how to nurture, develop and grow key customer accounts and relationships. You will be both proactive and comfortable acting independently whilst also able to develop company-wide relationships. Attention to detail is essential.
Having language skills is an advantage and having existing contacts with beauty distributors is desirable.
