The Account Manager is a key role on any team. We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Account Manager, with a passion for being part of a team that makes exceptional creative work, a go-getter attitude, solutions-focused mind-set, and ‘one-team’ spirit to join our agency. We put strategy and creativity at the heart of everything we do! The primary client is a global tobacco brand (working across both the combustible and vape categories)
Job Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with key client contacts.
- Work with the team to manage small-medium projects from creative briefing through to design and delivery.
- Manage parts of large campaigns, including creative development, production and delivery.
- Take the lead on various aspects of production and related Client communication.
- Learn to manage budgets, fees and reconciliations.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working culture with a great team of creatives, planners and other account people.
- Ensure all client and internal documents are quality checked, saved and organised in a way that is self-explanatory for the rest of the team.
- Update and manage the status docs for the various projects, ensuring all information is up to date and everyone is clear on their actions.
- Add solid discipline to the day to day running of the account – booking meetings, filing documents, opening job numbers, raising POs etc.
