Job description
- Be responsible for day-to-day client servicing across a portfolio of key publisher accounts; These initiatives will include onboarding, inventory monetization and troubleshooting to grow publisher revenue and expand on Magnite’s scope of work.
- Working with the Account Director to develop excellent understanding of each publisher's business, technical set-up, and needs in order to create end-to-end strategy to unlock new opportunities.
- Provide regular communication to publishers on delivery, measurement, reporting and integration strategies. Present at client meetings e.g. hot desking sessions, conducting business reviews, product overview sessions etc.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Demand Leads, Revenue Solutions, Platform Solutions and Product Management to help define and drive enhancements to the Magnite platform.
- Act as a strategic advisor to our clients, sharing industry trends, advancements, relevant insights, and best practices.
Qualifications and experience
- Proficient computer skills including solid knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word) and PowerPoint (MS PP).
- Previous experience in programmatic and digital advertising would be nice but not required.
- Analytically minded with very good attention to detail. Able to translate trends in data sets into actionable insights.
- Intuitive/creative thinker: Problem identifier and solver, able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional ability to learn, adapt, discover and test new ideas.
- Ability to work well independently and willingness to share knowledge, facilitate team rapport, and maintain excellent cross-functional partnerships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational as well as presentation skills
