Account Executive - L&D, EdTech, HRTech
London (flexible working with 2 days in the office)
65-80k Base, 130-160k OTE + Great Benefits

Through its scalable learning experience platform, this exciting company allows users to create, manage and measure their learning development. Data-driven and heavy on analytics, their platform is driving education across multiple sectors and services and continues to grow at a phenomenal rate. To meet expectations, they now have an exciting opening in London for an experienced Account Executive
As an Account Executive, you will:
- Build awareness and drive pipelines and revenue
- Generate net new business in a scalable, predictable, and transparent manner
- Target either mid-market or enterprise-level accounts (AoV’s of 25-100k)
- Receive SDR support to supplement your activity
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles of 3-9 months
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive effective strategies
- Degree level education
- 3-5 years B2B SaaS, L&D, EdTech or HRtech sales experience
- Mid-market or Enterprise exposure
- Collaborative

- A base salary circa 65-80k
- Uncapped OTE of 130-160k
