The Role
To support Account Managers in the day-to-day management of customers across the Broadcast and Digital remit, ensuring we maximise our revenues and increase licence penetration whilst delivering excellent customer service.
As our Account Executive, some of your day to day duties will include…
- Update and maintain any relevant CRM and associated planning and pipeline documents
- Develop effective working relationships with account managers and other internal departments
- Support account managers in regular invoicing and distribution activities
- Own, create and maintain FAQ and process documents as well as ensuring accurate information is available on the team Sharepoint
- Contribute to budgeting process by proposing values with supporting analysis to compile annual budgets, re-forecasting and phasing throughout the financial year.
- Work collaboratively with Licensing Managers to prepare decision papers and materials for internal boards and committees.
- Act as the point of contact for Membership (and other departments) into licensing for FAQs
- Manage the TV Approvals inbox and handle related queries
- Pro-actively identify new licensing opportunities and discuss appropriate approach with relevant account managers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Excellent numeracy skills, with the ability to compile, analyse and interpret data.
- A good understanding of all Microsoft Office software.
- A good understanding of the UK media landscape, including trends in television/online viewing and new video services.
- Target orientated, highly motivated and ability to work to deadlines.
- Be willing to learn and take on more responsibility as you gain experience.
- A demonstrable interest in, and passion for, the music industry, with a foundational understanding of music copyright and PRS for Music.
