- Salary c £27,000 + uncapped commission (c £60,000 + per year)

The Role:
A great opportunity has come available for an ambitious and committed professional executive with a proven track record and an interest in working with key school and college leaders and teachers in a vibrant and fast changing education sector.
With evidence of working at a senior level with professionals in a sales capacity. You will be promoting, negotiating, and selling our conferences, course and training events and student sessions to new and existing customers, and to generate repeat as well as new business.
You will have excellent consultative negotiation and sales acumen, can meet targets and be results driven. You will also be adaptable and flexible, and able to engage with our customers to gain their trust and confidence.
As a company with a national reputation, we take great care and interest in organising bespoke sessions directly relevant to schools’ priorities.
You will be working in a collaborative partnership with our current customers, while at the same time expanding and driving forward new challenges and opportunities with new customers and MATS / Alliances.
Further Information:
- Prospect of great earning potential, negotiating contracts of 10 – 15k and more.
- Achieve targets, KPI’s, demonstrate a clear drive and proactive attitude.
- Showing resilience to successfully close sales both on the phone and by email.
- Show an interest in the secondary education market and in continual professional development.
- Proven ability to work with a good number of customers at the same time.
- Ability to generate trust and confidence in our customers and to build a successful rapport.
- Excellent IT skills.
