The accounts team is the glue that holds an agency together. You’re the link between the specialists within the company and our clients and you should always have a view of the bigger picture.
Job Brief
You’ll be working under our amazing Senior Account Manager within the Account Management Team!
We’re looking for someone who’s outgoing, confident and great with customers.
You should be absolutely pro-active with new processes and work with the team to implement them. You should be encouraging creativity across the company and constantly be a source of energy and inspiration!
Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, we need you make sure projects and campaigns are delivered as and when they’re promised, getting this done will require you to:
- Work with clients and the team on timelines – this means having a complete overview of everything that is happening for that client including everything any team member is working on at any given time
- Look after the clients, including calls, emails and meetings including agendas
- Run the WIPs for the client as well as anything else they may need ongoing information on
- Ensuring that everything client-facing is completely up to scratch
- Focussing on the top-level strategy and ensuring we’re on track with the client’s aims as a company
- Casting an eye over all execution of any work and being the QC for what’s sent to our clients
- Encouraging creativity from everyone involved
- Always be pitching new work and ideas into customers
- Bringing the fun!

Salary: £21,872.00-£25,555.00 per year

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Account management: 1 year (preferred)
